Item Care

To best care for your purchase, and to keep its integrity, please refrain from microwaving and dishwashing.

Also, if using our ceramic vessel for baking - do a slow warm up in your oven first, and be sure to never go from fridge immediately to oven. If the piece has a gold or silver sheen to it, that item specifically is not microwave safe under any conditions.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by customer use. 

Returns

If you item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately though our contact page, or via email. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Local Ordering

We currently offer local pick-up and delivery. Please contact us before punching to ensure we can arrange proper payment protocol. The faster you contact us about this, the faster we can get your item to you. We do not hold items for future purchase. 

Customs

Please contact us for custom work via our contact page or direct message/e-mail - hopefully we can bring your project to life! Though, do keep in mind that custom orders have a 4-6 week processing time.
